Robert A. Ryter founded Ryter & Company, P.C. in 1995. Prior to that time, he was a principal with the largest consulting and accounting firm in New England, where he spent over twelve years following his graduation from the University of Massachusetts in 1983.

In addition to traditional accounting and tax services, Mr. Ryter provides strategic planning, business consulting, evaluation and management advisory services to his clients. He gains particular satisfaction when he is able to offer tax and consulting advice to clients, as well as share with them ideas for strategic planning, business perpetuation and new business and financing opportunities. He also has extensive experience in the more traditional accounting and tax areas, such as preparation of year end financial statements and tax returns, year end tax planning and implementation of accounting and business systems.

For over twenty years, Bob has specialized in providing business, tax and consulting services to closely held businesses and individuals, with a particular expertise in dealing with professional service firms and organizations.
